Institutional Excellence & Continuous Improvement

As part of its commitment to institutional excellence and continuous improvement, Maarif Education organized a two-day strategic workshop that brought together superintendents and academic leaders from across its schools. The workshop focused on reviewing and refreshing strategic priorities, establishing aligned educational standards, and strengthening collaboration toward achieving the organization’s future objectives.

The workshop was attended by Chairman of the Board of Directors, H.E. Dr. Hussam Zamman, and Chair of the Academic Committee, Dr. Mohammed AlZughaibi and Maarif Education Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ihab Othman. During the sessions, they emphasized the importance of collaborative leadership, educational excellence, innovation, and a shared commitment to student success.

Through a series of interactive discussions and strategic working sessions, participants explored key priorities for the coming years, including enhancing learning outcomes, elevating the student experience, and strengthening academic and operational performance across the Maarif network.
